First Class Science & Technology Prize for Circular Economy Association 


This project aimed to reduce the pollutant emissions, improving wastewater circulation utilization and the production capacity from printing and dyeing enterprises, solving technical difficulties in the process of printing and dyeing wastewater recycling, and proposing the innovation points for processing and multilevel reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater recycling model, and to develop the organic pollutants control of multi-stage ozone gas floating integration (DOIF) technology. The technology has been applied in a number of printing and dyeing enterprises in Zhejiang province. The overall recycling rate of printing and dyeing wastewater can reach more than 60%, and remarkable environmental and social and economic benefits have been achieved. It has made important contributions to the printing and dyeing enterprises to save energy and reduce emissions, improve production capacity and improve local water environment quality.
