Workshop on Utilization of Alternative Water Resources for Industry and Urban Water Environmental Improvement

The Workshop on "Utilization of Alternative Water Resources for Industry and Urban Water Environmental Improvement" was held during the 13^th International Water Conference in Qingdao on 27 June, 2018. The workshop was jointly hosted by the China Chapter of IWA Alternative Water Resources Cluster (IWA AWR Cluster) and Qingdao International Desalination Center.  Eight leading experts delivered keynote presentations to the over 100 delegates  who attended the workshop.

Workshop chaired by Prof. Xiaochang Wang

As Co-chairs of the IWA AWR Cluster, Prof. Xiaochang Wang and Prof. Xia Huang co-chaired the workshop and delivered keynote presentations. Besides, Mr. Paul Reiter, President of Reiter IWS Co., Ltd., Prof. Yaqian Zhao of University College Dublin, Prof. Guoliang Zhang of Zhejiang University of Technology, Prof. Junsheng Yuan of Hebei University of Technology and Mr. Tongchun Wang,  Vice President of Jinke Environmental Co., Ltd. gave keynote speeches respectively, which generated broad interests from the attendees and stimulated wide-ranging discussions.
